قربانی تجاوز جنسی در دبی: شکایت به پلیس بردم اما زندانی شدم این است اسلام کثیف
یک زن جوان نروژی می گوید وقتی شکایت به پلیس دبی برد و گفت که در هتلی مورد تجاوز جنسی واقع شده است خودش بازداشت و به ۱۶ ماه زندان محکوم شد.
اتهام مارته دبورا دالِلو ۲۵ ساله، مصرف الکل، زنا، و اظهارت دروغ اعلام شده است.
وی که در سفری کاری در دبی به سر می برده و در شب حادثه با همکارانش بیرون رفته بوده است می گوید:«وقتی بیدار شدم متوجه شدم که به من تجاوز شده است. به لابی هتل رفتم و خواستم تا به پلیس تلفن کنند. پرسیدند آیا مطمئنم که می خواهم با پلیس تماس بگیرم؟ البته که می خواستم. در جایی که من از آن برخواسته ام این طبیعی ترین واکنش و تصمیم است.»
یک مشاور سیاسی وزارت امور خارجه نروژ با اظهار امیدواری به نتیجه بخش بودن گفتگوهای دیپلماتیک در حل پرونده خانم دالِلو گفت:«درخواست تجدیدنظر شده است و پرونده در جریان است. پس منتظر خواهیم ماند تا ببینیم چه پیش می آید.»
خانم دالِلو هم اکنون بطور مشروط آزاد است و در مرکزی وابسته به نروژ در دوبی به سر می برد.
بر اساس قوانین امارات متحده عربی، متجاوز جنسی فقط زمانی تحت پیگرد قانونی قرار می گیرد که یا خود به عملش اعتراف کند یا چهار مرد بالغ شاهد جرم باشند.
A Norwegian woman in Dubai who reported being raped only to receive a 16-month jail sentence for having sex outside marriage is appealing against the verdict.
Marte Deborah Dalelv, who was also convicted of perjury and drinking alcohol, has taken refuge in a Norwegian church.
The 24-year-old interior designer was on a business trip when she says the attack happened after a night out with colleagues.
“I woke up and I realised I was being raped and I went down to the lobby and I asked them to call the police for me. They asked me are you sure you want to call the police? And I thought of course I want to call the police because that’s the natural reaction where I am from,” she said.
It is not the first time Dubai’s strict laws on extramarital sex have surprised westerners.
In Norway there has been outrage. The opposition has called on the government to do more to help the young woman.
The Norwegian Foreign Ministry says it has tried to contact the United Arab Emirates authorities.
“We hope of course, that a political dialogue can turn out to be productive in her case. But right now, we are in the midst of an appeal, and there is a lawsuit in progress, so we’ll see what the future brings,” said Kathryn Raadim, political consultant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
The appeal is due to be held in September.

Three years ago a young British man and woman were jailed in Dubai after being accused of kissing in public.

امام جمعه مسجدی در شهر تراسا در نزدیکی بارسلون اسپانیا به خاطر دعوت مردان به تادیب و تنبیه زنان بازداشت شد. توصیه های وی در وادار ساختن زنان نافرمان به تمکین، شامل تنبیهات فیزیکی و روانی و خودداری از برقراری رابطۀ جنسی می شد. مقامات اسپانیایی گفته های وی را خلاف حقوق زن و برابری مرد و زن یافته و او را بازداشت کردند.
